        CEO & Chairman of the Board

        Terry champions the company's strategic planning efforts to thoroughly explore and power its business decisions with a broad range of input from senior staff. She works with the Board of Advisors and President to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies.

        Brian Karns

        President & COO

        Brian executes strategic planning for revenue generation and efficiencies throughout the company. Brian ensures the efficient and profitable day-to-day management of manufacturing operations while providing strategic direction of the management leadership team. He continually improves processes and operations by using new technologies and proven methodology. He also maintains the highest quality and efficiency to positively impact customer satisfaction.

        Dan Wheeler

        VP Finance/Accounting

        Dan Wheeler is responsible for accounting and financial functions, including preparation of monthly financial statements and analysis of operating results. He directly supervises credit management, receivables, payables, purchasing and inventory. Dan is responsible for tax returns and insurance programs. He develops sales reports, operating reports, cash projections, asset records, job costing and margin analysis.

        Rob Tieman

        VP of Sales & Marketing

        Rob ensures the efficient and profitable day to day management of the division sales teams and products. Direct management of the sales team, with cross-functional collaboration of engineering, operations, and supply chain. Collaborative teamwork among functional departments to drive profitability, customer service, and commercial activity. Member of the Management Leadership team participates in strategic planning, budget controls, and opportunities for business development as it relates to the individual business unit.

        Heather Britton

        Human Resource Manager

        Heather overseas all functions within Human Resources, compliance, processes, employee training, and development. Leading employee advocacy, Heather ensures that Mesa is an employer of choice for our market. Heather is SHRM- Certified Professional.

        David Schafer

        VP Sales Mesa ETP

        David Schafer directs sales activities within the mid-stream above ground storage petroleum market. He closely analyzes product pricing and develops sales campaigns geared toward company growth. He analyzes sales statistics to determine sales potential and inventory requirements while directly serving the southeast US sales region.

        Adam Vance

        Mesa ETP/WG Seals Business Integration Lead

        Adam ensures the efficient and profitable day to day management of the division team and products. Multi-discipline management of engineering, operations, and supply chain. Collaborative teamwork among functional departments to drive profitability and customer service. Member of the Management Leadership team participates in strategic planning, budget controls, and opportunities for business development as relates to the individual business unit.

        Tim Daniel

        Airplaco Business Unit Leader

        Tim ensures the efficient and profitable day to day management of the division sales team and products. Direct management of the sales and distributor network, establishing territories, quotas, and budgetary goals. Collaborative teamwork among functional departments to drive profitability and customer service. Serves as a member of the Management Leadership team and participates in strategic planning, budget controls, and opportunities for business development as it relates to the individual business unit.

        Joy Salaz

        Management Information Manager

        Joy manages all functions within our Information Technology department. In addition she ensures business process connectivity between the various tools of CRM, ERP, and other collaboration tools to ensure business efficiency.

        Andrew Widjaja

        Engineering Manager

        Andrew oversees engineering efforts for all divisions, technical leadership and engineering improvement efforts. He works closely with the executive leadership to develop new business opportunities and interpret business needs that translate into to cost-effective goals and increased efficiencies. Andrew uses industry experience and input from customers to drive the company's new product development efforts.

        Traci Thomas

        Marketing / Public Relations

        Traci works closely with senior leadership to set the strategic marketing plan for all divisions. She is responsible for the marketing budget, ad planning, branding, market analysis and working with R&D for new product design as well as business development for mergers and acquisitions. Traci maintains an active role to ensure Brand management of both the company and executives.

        Mark Pickering

        Plant Manager

        Mark has over 20 years of operations and fuel terminal industry experience overseeing environments with specialized manufacturing. Mark provides expertise in safety, scheduling, training, maintenance and the coordination and communication between sales and purchasing.

        Les Anderson

        Supply Chain Manager

        Les has 20 years of experience within supply chain, plant manufacturing, and establishing best practices of inventory control. Responsible for all functions within materials purchasing, vendor management, quality assurance, Shipping, and Receiving departments.

Skilled in Culture Development, Negotiation, Budgeting, Strategic Planning, Advertising, and Sales.

Focusing on new business startup and global business development to drive revenue and market acquisition. Tim works within this role with Mesa to drive sales and market focus, accountability, and revenue generation within this niche business application and products.
